Its been awhile...but once upon a time there was a speed/feed database for HSM of different materials here. I found it to be a pretty good reference and very interesting if nothing else. Does anyone know where I can find that? Is it dead?

...for 2D and 3D. Looking for comprehensive explanation of the relationships between and the roles played of each type of chain/boundry (air, avoidance, containment, etc). Also need a thorough presentation of Opti-rough and similar toolpaths. Thank you.

I like to have a very dark blue background, so I'd like to make the WCS icon brighter. The WCS color in the configuration is not having any effect. What am I missing? Pls see screen grabs.

I think that I'm being bit by a Windows 8 snafu. All of my manager windows do not display right. they are way too large fonts, the row-column width/height is too large. And they are missing information. Take a look at my Planes manager compared to how its supposed to look... BTW my manger panels 'large icons' is not checked. and my screen resolution is high: 1920x1080. Thanks in advance for any help. DM

Two problems this time... 1) The "Toggle 2D/3D" seems to be either moved or removed. 2) I can only make 4 Submenus. When I try to make a 5th mcam just tries rename my last one. **It will make a submenu within a submenu, but I dont want that. Thanks in advance for any help. Daniel

Got to admit, i dont know what a 4K monitor is.. I'm starting to think that the 8.1 is the cause. Win7 Ultimate never did anything like this... WELL I checked the Large Icons for Manager Panels and it made a very small improvement...but not enough.

I've tried Windows 8 control panel/personalize with no luck. NVIDIA screen resolution no luck. Is this a Mastercam thing? Please see pic. Thanks!!!
