What the setting in the machine does it controls the maximun feedrate that the machine can do before overcut. You can completely set the tolerance. Under display press setting once. Hit the page down button once or twice. at the bottom of the screen you will se setting 85 with max corner rounding. See what it is. Try around .005, type that and press write/enter or F1. That should help. This adjustment can be done with the program running, so play with it.

  2. I was wondering when I backplot it I can have it read the P time for a g82 differantly. I know technically it is suppost to be entered in as seconds and not thousandths of a second but I like entering it in my way better. Personal preference. Right now a P60 backplots out a 1 minute, but it posts as the correct time of only a fraction of a second.

  3. Is it possible for the material in job setup to be default of aluminum?

Also, when I create an operation, I'll select a tool and the coolant always turns itself off, even though it is on in the parameter page.

  4. We are looking at getting into makeing plastic injection molds and was wondering if anyone had information or books on design characteristic like location of vents or ports, draft angles needed, ect. Any help would be appreciated!

  5. I need to program a part to drill that has a space between the two drilled surfaces, like a piece of tubing. is it possible to drill throught the first, rapid to the second and drill through the third and then rapid out without retracting between drilling motions?
