  2. Fanuc Control, I will give G87 a try. Thanks.
  3. I am using a EZ Burr tool to remove burrs on back side of a hole. I need to rapid tool in with a dead spindle, than start spindle and feed deburring tool out of hole. Can anyone tell me how I can accomplish this in MasterCam? Thanks, Joe

  5. I am trying to get my user defined home position in toolpathing to default to the same xyz coordinates all the time. Does anyone know how or if I can set this. Thanks!java script:void(0) Band Head Against Wall
  6. Do a alt c Click on backplot config.dll set tool opacity to 1.0
  7. I am curious, how did you get the blue background in your operations manager? Thanks!
  8. Try putting # signs like below. pretract #End of tool path, toolchange sav_absinc = absinc sav_coolant = coolant coolant = zero #cc_pos is reset in the toolchange here cc_pos = zero gcode = zero pbld, n, sccomp, psub_end_mny, e # pbld, n, scoolant, e absinc = zero # pbld, n, sgabsinc, "G49", pfzout, e # absinc = one # pbld, n, sgabsinc, sgcode, *sg28ref, "Z0.", scoolant, e # pbld, n, *sg28ref, "X0.", "Y0.", protretinc, e # absinc = sav_absinc coolant = sav_coolant
  9. When I backplot I always like to look at values in the lower left. Since using MR1 the values don't seem to jive with the screen positions. Example, my tool is at Z 0.0 but on the lower left it reads Z2.875. Anyone have anything like this? Also, when I step down using S key the tool seems to jump to next move.
  10. I just updated to MR1/SP2. My problem is with my Spaceball 5000(3D connexion). It is now very slow and unrespondsive. It worked fantastic before I updated to MR1/SP2. Has anyone experienced this problem or have any suggestions for a fix. Also, my backplot has went straight to Hell. I just get a flashing screen as it backplots. This also worked fine before update. Any suggestions? Thanks
  11. WHEN I PRINT OUT MY POST FILE IN THE NEW MC X EDITOR IT HAS NO MARGIN ON LEFT SIDE OF THE PAGE. THE TEXT IS TIGHT TO THE LEFT EDGE. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET ABOUT A 1" MARGIN ON LEFT SIDE?????? THANKS, JOE
  12. Could some of you programmers please try the following in X mill(any level). 1)Create 6 rows of 3 points. 2)Chain these 18 holes and drill with a 1/2" drill 1" deep. 3) Backplot(not verify) and let me know results. What happens for me is it drills 1st row at normal speed and then the rest super fast(to fast to analyse). If I add another sequence say a 1/2" drill that sequence also goes super fast. Is this happening on anyone else's?? Thanks, Joe
