We just switched to Hangsterfers a month ago. No complaints so far. This stuff is pretty good also , Motorex Swisscool .

We're also using the Chip Trap and a small drum coalescer to help keep it clean.

I got it to work by just using the Entry and Exit line set to Tangent ( whatever length you want ) ramp set at Zero , and the arcs set to Zero. Set your parameters in the "Ramp" as usual

I couldn't get it using the adjust start and end contour

HELL YEAH !!! That's friggin hot brutha. AC is cheap compared to the cost of potentially loosing valuable assets such as computers , machines , and most importantly you.

Is your bosses office air conditioned ??

What version of Mcam are you runnin? Is it installed on the same computer as Solidworks?
