I'm modifying the generic 4-axis mastercam post. Everything is working great, except when I post the rotational axis is is off by 90 degrees with the coordinate system I like using. Is there a way to change this? I know I can just change my coordinate system, however I was trying to avoid doing this. Thanks for the help.

We are having some issue with our offset. When we are milling out multipule holes of diffrent sizes we have to constantly put in the pipe offset size. Before an up date in Aug. we would only have to put it in for first tool and it would be set for all other tools. Does anyone now haw we can fix this?

Morning, As the topic suggests, how do I get a G55(for example...) on just one operation that shares a workplane with another op? I've tried duplicating the plane to give it it's own offset but for some reason, the planes remain linked. If I change the output on one, every similar plane changes. If I add the offset to the planes page of the op, it changes globally as well. I feel this should be really simple, and I just can't find it! Jay

I had to change the tool I originally programed, a .5" diameter flat end mill, I broke the last one I had. The next tool I have that was long enough is a 1" diameter flat end mill. I opened the parameters, chose the new tool and regenerated the tool path. I was cutting a pocket and yeap, the thing was .25" per side too big. Re-opened the parameters looked at the "Cut Pattern" parameter, in the Radial Offset box is said .25 and the Compensation type is set to computer.. Why would mastercam let me change the tool and not automatically change the tool offset?
