I found it, CODE is it in the standard rpx files.

The body of it existed when I got here in 2015, I have since massaged it, revamping it's layout and adding information about specific tooling. 

Our downstairs shop doesn't get this sheet....doing mostly low production and prototype, they use what they have in their tooling stock that will work.

The production shop up here gets that and a listing of the holders with stickouts...much more of a concern on our high production HMC's

Is there any corresponding code for Manufacturers name and Tool Grades?
