running mpfan post slightly modifyed on a fortune lathe fanuc controll what i want to do is after a g71 or g72 cycle i need the first line of code to be a goo but its not im tired of hand editing curse.gif how and where do i modify this im not to experanced with post modification but am willing to give it a shot have my post backed up so what the heck

Do a search for ltlchg.

 

In there look for a line similar to this

code:

       pcan1, pbld, n, psccomp, *sgcode, pfxout, pyout, pfzout,

strcantext, e

sgcode may be missing or without *

 

Make necessary changes and you should be good.

 

You may also need to add it in ltlchg0 if you rough and finish with the same tool.

see if you have psgcode in there.

yes it is there but till post with out g00
