Partially lost settings

I'm using Mastercam 2022.  I turned on Mastercam today and MOST of my settings, but not all, are back to default.  The background gradient, and the layout of the managers is the same, however font sizes, colors, right click menu, etc, is all back to default.  Any way to fix this?  And if not, how can I prevent it for the future?

After making or updating my settings I copy the files to my personal folder on our file server. You can also save them to a flash drive.
