Drafting Dim.

I am running the MR0304 maintenance. I can't be sure now, but prior to that I believe that if I went to create a verical or horizontal dimensions following the prompts it would create them as such. Now if I select create, drafting, dimension, vertical (yet I select a horizontal dimension) it will create a horizontal dim. It also works the same way for horizontal. It's no big deal because I grab the points right after selecting the drafting button, but am I the only one?

Works the same way... I could still create a verical dim. even though I selected horizontal and vice-versa.

yea, MC did that in V9.1 or V9.0Sp1. Prior to that, it would give you a '0' length dim.

I have the same results in Mill, Lathe and Wire.

 

Same with SP2 also.

Anyway, your able to stay within the function and do both horizontal and vertical.... although doesn't seem to work to well when you try dimensioning from an endpoint ot an arc
