Using Alt-Arrow for View Rotation

Is there a way to control the angle for each button push? 22.5°?

It's at 5.625° now, I want 22.5°.

Maybe when MC figures out how to release a functional version each year I'll upgrade each year. But to date they're taking years to address issues. I'm not interested in beta-testing released software.
