post not the same as simulation?

i posted a program and in sim looks fine but on the machine (HASS vf4 5th axis) goes off. the spot locations are way off?

 

we had to change some A(s) to negative values and vise versa so that it will go in the right location, but only 2 holes worked with that the rest they went yonder off location.

Have this post processor ever been proven out before?

As there's no z2g file I can only surmise this is a default HAAS post that may not be properly setup for your particular machine. That post can be used for several different trunion layouts. So it will need to be properly set up..

Also, I would not use solid geometry to drive 5 axis toolpaths....others might be fine, I have just seen too many oddities in doing so.

No z2G no way to know anything. Like asked was this correctly vetted and tested?
