Lev

I did a search for 'Agie post' here on the forum and didn't find a lot of encouraging things but there seem to be a couple of forum members who have had post problems with these machines. If you search those terms you can find these members and perhaps email them to discuss your specific issues and see if they can help you out.

Sorry, I know absolutely nothing about wire machines or wire posts or I'd try to steer you a little better

We have an Agie Classic 2S the guys that run it use the software that Agie recommends Peps . it is a pain to draw and modify geometry but it works great with the Agie. We use Mastercam Draft to draw and manipulate the geometry much easier and faster.

If someone is using Mastercam to run an Agie i would like to take to them. We do have ver.9 wire but don't use it yet.

Sounds to me like you are using mpwagie.pst which creates .geo files. For the Agie Excellence machine using the AgieVision control, you should be using the mpwagevo.pst. This will create the .iso files you need. It is on the installation CD.
