angle output ?

do not know if this has been asked? But, does anyone know how to make mcam, output anglur lines as deg/min. rather than deg/dec.?..I know that you can set globals to output this, but that only works with dimensioning, from what i know. now, when mcam prompts you to enter an angle, in(create/line/polar). it reads it as deg/dec. how do i make it read deg/min?. any help is appreciated...using mcam8.1.1

Hello,

To input say 128 Degrees 27 Minutes and 30 Seconds, it shoud read like this in your input;

128D case is not important

27' apostrophe(sp?)

30" quotes

This should be on one line too, no spaces.

You can't make it read Deg-min-sec, but you can input 10d20'15" for 10 degrees, 20 minutes, 15 seconds anywhere mastercam needs an angle.

Mark H, I had that problem of missing posts also,

You need to set your Interent Options, General, Temporary Internet settings to "Every visit to page" when checking for newer versions of stored pages

Sye: You can't. the only way to do get those values is to create an angular dimension with DMS settings.
