Mazak service

Anyone here satisfied with Mazak's service dept. ?

 

speaking for myself, i have never seen such crappy service, coupled with I dont give a rip attitude.

I know we aren`t. They were in last week to fix the Laser and an over-all. They changed 2 lenses and screwed around -w- the boards. Still doesn`t run any better. The ball screws are wearing and they never even looked at them. I think we are gonna go -w- Trumph real soon.

You would think with as nice machines as Mazak makes that their service would be the same. NOT Luckily we have a good maintinance guy that can fix almost anything.

jack told me tonight ball screw is screwed again

2 ball screw's 2 ball joint's 2 board's 2 omi recever's 2 tool measure probe's.ps now the mazak lathe wont boot up how that for service

Well at least it's not just me, it appears that from all over the country, everyone agrees, Mazak sucks. Use to like their machines alot, reminds me of a line thats been around a while...The first machine will sell itself, service will sell them from then on out. Thanks for chiming in guys, been one of those weeks

I personally have had very good service from Mazak over the years.

Bought my 1st Mazak in 93 and have owned over 15 models over the years.

With one exception I had a phone call back in 2 hours or more than 2 days for a service call my service is in Northern CA.

 

Now if you want to bring up bad service try the old Yamazan days.
