Rapid Plunge Post Help

I uploaded "slot-test.zip" to FTP site: MC9_files folder

I would appreciate if anyone can help me with what I beleive is a BOSS9 post issue. I drew a simple slot and programmed it with a parralel spiral pocket routine. I programmed "keep tool down" in depth cuts so that it feeds down at plunge rate to the next Z level. However when I posted with the standard mpboss9.pst (included in zip file) it posted rapid G0 moves down to the next Z level. Posting with the standard mpfan is OK - it feeds down at plunge rate as it should.

Destroyed a couple of good tools already with this post malfunction!

Thanks,

Phil

Well a fix would be to turn all the rapid moves to feed moves using a G1. That would be very easy to fix but limited the rapid feedrate to say 50-100 ipm then change the variable for the sg00 G00 to sg00 G01 and this will give you a post that will never feed over the max feed rate but will also never rapid either. I don't have a seat I can take home anymore but working on getting net access when I do can possible be of more help.
