I can't make your Helical Sweep work. I keep getting this:

Oh yeah that is so fun. I for the life of me can not get that to work anymore. I drew that part in V9.1 and when I went to sp1 and on I can not get it to work anymore. Same part same file but gives me the same problem. I will say try increasing your distance between and also might try checking the part to sweep that it is a line or arc and not a spline if trying to do this on something

The part is on the FTP Millman Screwd I think. The part was drawn in V9.1 then when V9.1 sp1 came out and later service packs guess what can not draw the same exact part. I made this as an example of how to make a helix part and could make it then but can not make the same part now. So very screwy if you ask me.
