2d milling bad cuts

Just recently I have had problems with the multiple passes and the lead in/out.

comp set to control, mult passes cutting 2 finish passes and the lead in/out set to enter/exit on final pass.

The geometry is just a simple chain, nothing that I haven't done a million times before, but the problem is when it comes to the point for the second pass, the cutter wants to dive into the part on x/y and then out to what I am guessing the lead in position for the next pass.

The only way for me to stop this is to have ot lead in/out on every pass.

Oh yeah, keep tool down is checked also.

Anyone else experience this?
