Fadal 104D control

Hey gang,

 

A company that I do a bit of work for just purchased a Fadal with the new 104D control. They were asking me if anything in the standard MC Fadal 1 post would need to be changed to work with this new control. Have any of you worked with this control yet? If so, did you have to modify this post at all?

Moto, that control is still very buggy. There have been several software updates since that control was released. It is difficult to know exactly what to modify untill more of the errors are resolved. The control has a lot of difficulty with G02-3 when defined as I,J. That is one place to start. Changing arc format to "R"

Another modification is a new G8.1 code which the machine did not default to.
