Hi Guys.

This is a first for me with MC. I'M on a

horizontal mill with the table being a full

rotary. I need to mill a radial window to a depth

and I have no idea how to make the rotary turn

once the end mill is in place and comp is turned on. Any help or examples would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Many ways in which to accomplish this task. 1st would be rolldie ni the front, back, left or right view if not using a top plane modified post. Then using the method with rooldie would make the full 4th axis cut. 2nd would be using 5axswarf using 4axis output or 5ax curve using 4axsi output. You could maybe do Axis subsution. Many way I will try to look at the file later today.
