Port tools

Afternoon all,

I was wondering what manufacturers are being used for port tools. Most of our form tools are custom ground locally, but since some of our new projects have standard ports I could probably buy them cheaper off the shelf.

 

The one I am currently looking at is AS5202-06

Try alliedmachine.com, I have been using those for a coupel of years, works great. 1000 psi coolant throw and Big + Holder and you verly are flying, but even with standard CAT 40 and no coolant throw they will be worth your money in my opinion. Maybe see if you can get the local sales rep. to borrow you one to try out, with intend to buy.
