Why is this happening?

I'm having to revise a co-workers V9 program, (he's sick). The problem is, when I go to post it, it wants to write 2 programs, one with the 1st operation and one with the other 2 operations. The 1st 2 operations use the same tool, but that's where it wants to break them up. I know he was having this problem last week. What could cause this?

 

I appreciate the help I get on this forum. One of these days I hope to actually contribute something constructive.

The nci destination needs to be changed to the same location for each operation. Just go into operations manager and right click on the toolpath, options, change nci destination.

Check your nci filename in your toolpath manager.

Make sure each operation has the same path.

If you select all operations and right click, you will see a menu to change the nci path.

The operations have different NCI names

Select all the operations, then right click

then Options and Change NCI destination.

Change the NCIdestination to the filename and location you want the gcode posted to.

That should fix it
