Geo creation idea for X updates

How about if you want to sketch a circle (for eg)relative to a point already there,(a circle centre, endpoint, whatever...) you sketch the circle, then hover over the point you want it relative to, hold shift key and move to the axis input area where the values are frozen from where you held shift on - then you just need to change ONE value to get the new entity position fixed.

Once your ready to create your circle hit the 3rd icon after the XYZ coordinates, above the ribbon bar. Now set it to Relative select geom and now type in values.

Or hold down the 'shift' button and you select the endpoint from which you want to be relative. Just a shortcut to the selection that davidb just pointed out (relative).

The 3rd icon after the XYZ coordinates is not stay

in the last selection, I have to click again for the next circle. Is there the way to set it active in the last selection until I pick diffrence option
