Delete is one of my favorite functions in X! Hold down the delete key and start clicking stuff off!

MR1 seems to have 'fixed' that - it doesn't work that way anymore. I like to delete without confirming all the time - like you could in V9 - am I missing something?

Heavy,

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Yours just happens to be wrong. biggrin.gif

Lighten up, bro. Not everything in X is better. V9 delete was great for picking away stuff one at a time to get down into what's really important. You can't do that with X (now).

Besides that, it worked like that in the previous version of X (if you held down the delete key). So, we're still comparing X to X. wink.gif

I understand what you are saying. But from my perspective as a mutliple system user Mastercam is now much closer in functionality to other cad packages. ERGO easier to use.

On the CAM side X toolpaths are much better from my standpoint. ALOT of the problems I see people having are operator related because they want to do it the way it was in 9. New operating system=new way of doing things. Because it doesn't work the way you want it to doesn't mean its a bug. Anybody thinking it was going to be all peaches and cream, even with the extended development time, was kidding themseleves. I threw 9 away in August and I haven't had to go back for 1 reason. I have as tight a schedule as anyone in here, and still manage to meet my goals and deadlines.

IF you bought a new corvette with a 6 speed and you had been driving a Cavalier with a 4 speed would you complain that you had 2 extra gears (and more horsepower) to shift into? The corvette sure doesn't drive like the Cavalier, but after some time, the corvette is sure to get you around the track faster. IT won't at first, You just have to learn how to drive it. wink.gif I hope I am not sounding like too much of an Ahole.
