CHANGE COLORS

Changing colors in X is too difficult to do, I like the other way it was done where you just had a button to do it.

 

Is there a way to change it easier and I don't know about or what. Someone please let me on the secret.

highlight everything you want to change-right click on color manager- select the color you want and hit green check.

Changing any of the attributes of existing geometry is actually easier, I think, than it was in V9. In X, simply highlight any geometry you want then right click on the attribute you want to change at the bottom of the screen. It also works if you don't have any geometry selected, that is, if you right click on any of the attribute Icons, you will be prompted to select the geometry to which the change will apply.

I think this is a big time saving improvement from having to exit out of everything you're doing and enter the screen>change color business.

actually, you didn't have to exit out. imo, a big loss from v9 is that you can't do things 'on the fly' or 'in line'.

You can also add the change color icon and the change level icon to one of you toolbars then it will work almost the same as version 9

I got it. Everything on here is customizable, you really have to take some time to search it out.
