Hello All

Not tring to beat down a dead dog here, tongue.gif But since I've loaded MR1, I can not print shaded view, wire ok and in color.

When I have something shaded on screen and print I just get a blank sheet of paper, Do a print preview and it looks good...

I've checked everything I can think of, I think its something in x, Cause I can print shade in everything but x

Thanks

Matt,

The problem that you are speaking of is caused by the default lighting in Mastercam. If you go into settings / configuration / shading (enable shading) and change the light from center @ 100% to my preference of upper left @ 90% and lower right @ 35%, you will not have to rotate the part a small amount. What is happening now is that the light is reflecting off of the surface and is displaying as white.

Steve,

What type of printer are you using? Are your drivers up-to-date? Please give me as much information as possible. Thanks!

Hello again Chris,

Drivers are updated.

I can Print in wire frame color or black.

If I shade the model and print, I get a blank sheet of paper.

If I do a print preview the shade is there, color or black.

AutoCad,Visi,SolidEdge,Paint or a Picture all print Ok

Thanks for your help

Hello

I have found that, I can go into Mcam V9 and Print hard copy and get shade, bring model into X and no shade, I also found that, if I change printer to HP Auto 970, I can print a shades model.

Does X support Lexmark Z 705 Driver?

Thank
