NMTB-40 tool holders

I'm not having much luck finding a variety of projections for end mill and shell mill holders with our normal suppliers. They seem to offer one projection per diameter and they are about the same from brand to brand. Any suggestions? .750 and 1.00 shell mill holders, .250 to 1.25 end mill holders.

Our vendor has looked at Parlec, Sowa, Lyndwx, SPI, Techleader and Kennametal - all seem to offer the same standard projection and that's it.
