This was covered before

CNC Software abandoned this feature in X (hope they will return to it )

In the thread discussing it I wrote that I miss it too and used it heavily while making molds .

Being the realist I think the way I told you is the simplest way currently .

I too miss the analyze surface curvature. At some point I'm sure we'll see some new and improved functioniality that will go far beyond the limited info from the V9 function. The fact that it did not segregate between internal and external radii made it quite cumbersome. Which I guess is why they left it out in X. Even in 9 I would do this: Create a surface finish paralell toolpath which are quite quick to generate with a tool close to the size you think might be the smallest radius, use a fairly tight tolerance, and a fairly small stepover and do a turbo verify comparing to stl. This will give you a better idea than the analyze surface curvature did of where the smallest INTERNAL radii are so you can come back and use analyze dynamic to find the actual #. If you see a lot of stock in a lot of corner repeat it using a smaller tool.
