Circle Mill?

YES! I think that is what we are after. In an "ideal" world you make the part per drawing/model/solid/etc. etc. etc. Select your circle and all is well. However we all know ideal worlds don't exist. (After all look at who is the president of our country. biggrin.gifbiggrin.gifbiggrin.gif )

Maybe the armchair engineer wants a press fit in a hole .250, but drew the hole at .245. I'd give that guy a medal if he can press a .250 pin in a .245 hole. Actually the hole would probably be circ milled at about .243-.244 with cutter flex anyway.

I would like to enter a diameter value of what I'd like the hole machined at. Entering XY to leave does not give me the diameter that I'm machining the hole to. As it is now; analyze the geo selected, then add/subtract the xy value in the parameters to figure out what your "attempting" to machine the hole at.
