making wooden gears-help

Hello I teach at a small k-12 school and we are trying to make some very simple wooden gears for one of our shop projects. my problem is that I know NOTHING about the field definitions and terms that mastercam x requests in the c-hook. Does anyone know of a site that GREATLY simplifies these terms or aids in the desiggn of simple gears. ANY help would be greatly appreciated by myself and the students.

Fill in PITCH DIAMETER and NO. of teeth, and set pressure angle to 30. This makes stubby teeth for wood. The picture will tell you all you need to know. You may decide to change the pressure angle to 20 or 25 later. All the other stuff gets calculated for you.
