Need help with post..

How can I change my post so it will out put subroutines for Fadal instead of subprograms at the end. Also, it munbers them after the main program no. Like main O100, subs O101 - O102 and so on.

Is there a good book on editing posts.

The post is very structured in favour of subprograms vs. subroutines. We've tackled the subroutine programming style (not for the Fadal), and it was a challenge. I don't recommend it.

Dave is right. Its a pain to do. I have a post for Fadals that I patched together from some other posts that will do what you want. I put it on the ftp site under text & post files. Its named fadalsub.zip. The one thing I have never gotten it to do right is number the file properly. You will have to renumber the NC file after posting to have it work in a Fadal. Other then this little bug it works great. Hope it works well for you.

P.S. When it askes for # of fixtures it will output E1 for 1, E1 and E2 for 2, E1 E2 and E3 for 3 etc.

How do I logon anonymously to the ftp site?

1 I am useing Microsoft Explorer

2 I went to ftp://206.231.172.100

3 I pick Sign on Anonymously

4 I enter my Email address that mastercam has on file ([email protected])

but I can't access the site.

What could I be doing wrong?

You need to go to the top of this forum were it says FTP instructions sir.

 

All so there is no Anonymously logging on to my FTP. sorry

Any clue why I can't access you FTP with my internet explorer? .. I never could I just get a page not found error ..
