What I am looking for, if someone would be so obliged, is an example of how to input into a Siemens post the info for the canned cycles.

 

I don't have the books with me right now (at home), but as you who have seen them likely know it's some long kooky code 'name(00,000,000, .... ect). I am unsure how one would go about adding this into a post.

In House Solutions has a very good mpmaster based Siemen's post. You hasve to request it through your dealer, but the price is right

i have a hyundai mill with seimans 810d control. are you refering to the drill cycle? cycle 81? let me know, i can help you figure it out hopefully.

Concept, I am look for all the canned cycles and how they would be coded in. Od turning, facing, threading, drill, pattern repeat (if there is one)... all that sort. Lots to throw at one person, and I am not in any terrible hurry, but if you could be kind enough to point maybe one cycle out and in the right direction hopfully I can take it from there... If you care to share some text with me. =]

i will see what i can do. like i said i use the seimans post on a mill not a lathe so i dont know what i can do?
