Solids and Fillets again

Trying to draw a model of a casting in MC9 MR0105. I have all the basic components drawn, and joined (boolean add), but the print calls for a .38 internal fillet radius on the entire part. I can get a few of the fillets to work, but the majority will not allow me to create them. Is there something that I am missing? I cannot upload to the ftp due to our firewall, but if someone is willing to help, I can send it via email. ANY help would be appreciated.

Respects,

Sometimes the order in which you created your solid is important when filleting. Try suppressing (or even moving down a solid tree) some features that could be preventing you from filleting correctly...

Absolutely Mark, filleting is almost an art form, try doing then in different orders, try using different methods, face to face, solid fillet, ie

That's one of the nice features in SW2007, it will reorder the order to get what you need.
