Fadal error code 079?

I am getting an error when doing pocketing on our Fadals. It is an Radial Error. This happens often and we have to change from spiral to zig-zag to get past it. The code is as follows

I am thinking that the .0001 difference is giving me the problem.

Is there a tolerance setting either in mastercam or at the control that would fix this?

Regardless of the tolerance settings, I think there will always be a rounding error which must be managed. A quick fix may be to "break arcs at quadrants". There should be a setting in the post to do that and I bet that will take care of it.

The end point of the arc is only .0001 from the start?

Try turning your toolpath filter on. Those .0001 arcs used to bomb out and cut through the sidewalls. Fadal finally set up an arc check to keep you from scrapping your parts.
