I know most of you will think I out of date but my company is still using v9.1 sp2(a). I need help getting a post to output generic incremental moves. I can't find anyway to do it and if someone out there could help I would greatly appreacate it. I need incremental to keep the program small and easly adjustable for my laser trimmer.

Out of date, nah, you have plenty in common with Kannon our resident V9 guru

 

 

It's been awhile but check your misc int's page on the tool path parameters window, is there a switch ther for G91 output?

on your tool parameter page, there is a box that says misc values, click on that and in the left column you will see a box that says Misc integer [2], put a 1 in that box and it should post out g91.

if you want it to be a G90 just put a Hardmill..I mean zero back in it

without anymore questions on the subject, I think James must have achieved the G91.
