Lock on icon doesn't stay on

Hi everyone

Is there a way to select multichains to translate or change colour without going back an click on "lock on chain selection icon" every single time.

It alway go back to general seclection after i pick the fisrt chain.

 

Same problem with analyse-between point-lock on intersect(endpoint etc.)icon.After pick the first point i have to click on the icon again to select the second point.MC9 doesn't have this problem.

when you selct the chain select it with the right mouse click, it will stay at chain select

Holding down shift will select the entire chain.

 

As Salahuddin said, right clicking on the option will lock it.

 

Also, E for endpoint, I for intersection, etc works nice in some circumstances.

to have this work you need to right click and go to Auto Cursur.

sorry guys noluck where can i activate auto cursor setting my right mouse click give me my right mouse button menu

you can customize your setting for the RMB setting >> customize , click on the drop down/right mouse button menu

 

Auto cursor should be available on the RMB by default
