4th axis rotary toolpath

Good morning to all.

I have just got into doing 4th axis rotary work, and am having a small problem. The part that I ran was a round part with a radius cut around the outside of it for bending tubing. The problem is that as i was cutting the part my z axis kept moving up and down, causing high and low spots in the part, even though i was not moving in y and my rotary table was turning. I did it with a rotary path with MC. What would cause this to happen? banghead.gif

Thanks for any help.
