X2 PROBLEM??

Hey, I have been having some graphic problems with X2. It seems that my WCS moves on me sometimes when rotating solids, but when I go back to standard views it will return back to original position. Another problem I am having is when I use a WCS created from geom (not standard views) when I use Dynamic rotation it seems awkward. Also, when drilling a single hole using backplot it simulates very slowly, but when I do multiple holes it is faster. I think this may be related to using a sub-standard Graphics accelarator (Nvidia GeForce FX5200) but was just wondering if anyone else is having simular problems.

Larry. I too am "blessed" with an FX-5200 video card. Pefomance is terrible, but I am not having the problems your are. All I can suggest is

going to My Comuter and setting video performance

the "best performance" setting. All that Windoz

eyecandy takes up a lot of video resources

and the FX-5200 has none too spare.

I've noticed the speed slider is more like a time slider. It's going to play the backplot over a certain period of time so if there are more holes they are played in the same time that one is, thus making the multiple hole plot faster per hole.

A problem I've had is the rapid moves are presented slowly and the actual cut is so fast you can barely see it.
