orientation problem

My hass vf0 dosent goto spiendle orientation, due to this we are facing automatic tool change problem. is there any tips

Does M19 work? If so, you could hard code that in until you get it figured out.

I just had a problem on my machine (not a haas) that sometimes wouldn't orient and would alarm out. Took the orientation sensor out, couldn't get a replacement same day so I cleaned it up (dust from the belt was on the end of sensor) and put it back in. So far no problems (been 1 day).

 

This happened once before (couple years ago) where a bolt came loose and was jumping around inside the area where the drive belt is. The bolt at one point broke the wire for this sensor.
