Ive downloaded a couple of rastor to vector programs to convert pictures to geo. but I havent been able to get a good quality. I need a Wild Boar to engrave on a knife I have made. Its all I like before heat treat. Does anyone have one or could lead me to a good rastor to vector software that works well and it fairly easy to use and not too expensive.

Thanks for the replies... I hadnt put the knife on the FTP yet... Ill put it there today. Do you want just the solid or program and all? The program is sort of choppy from doing one part at a time as well as haveing to move clamps as I machined around it.

I put the entire program up. Its in the MC9 file

ftp://mastercam:[email protected]/Ma..._files/LONGBOWS KNIFE.MC9

There are a good many surfaces and solid sheets there that I used to trim out the hollow grind and for tool paths. The solid is very clean. Just be careful if you delete anything it could distroy the solid.. its not in a really good order in the levels. I did it all on the fly.
