surface toolpaths

I like to speed up feed as much as I can but on 3d toolpaths when the tool gets to the end of a surface and is time to step over I don't want my machine to move .008 to do the next cut at 160ipm. Is there a way to instruct MC to do the step over at say 30imp instead of 160imp?

Some times I run surfaces at 300imp and I certanly don't want the step over at the same speed for acuracy reasons.
