Two Members, well, one member and I'm not really sure what to call Greg biggrin.gif were correct, the bold face operation is the last operation created, and the Bold Group is the active (meaning any toolpaths created will go into this group) group.

Bold type in a group name denotes the "active operation group". Any operations created will reside under that group (you can move them). To activate another group, select the group and press the 'G' key, or right click on the group name and select "Set active group".

Bold type in an operation means "the last operation created" so if you if you hit the "Alt-R" keys, this is the operation you will "redo". "Alt-Q" will delete the last operation created.
