Filtering & feedrate

Hello !

We use Fadal machines and Mill 7.2. Every time I filter and post nci file, my postprocessor adds feedrate value to every movement line. It's very annoying to change & delete these "useless" values. How can I get rid of this feature ?

Thanks for you opinions !

Well, I don't know the origin of the post , it was used before I started to work here. I was told that it didn't work from the beginning and someone from tehnical university had modyfied it, but ...well, its not working as it should anyway, for ex. rotary axis doesn't work correctly. Nobody just did not know it until needed... :-)

Now I tried one other post I got from this forum some time ago when looking for working post for rotary axis and it does not output feedrate value to every line after filtering, so it's my current post problem.

Now I just wonder, does anybody know which line(s) in post to modify to correct the issue ?

I found answer.

In "plinout" I changed *feed to feed....see below for example.

plinout #Output to NC of linear movement - feed

if not(cuttype <> 0 & xinc = 0 & yinc = 0 & zinc = 0 & ainc = 0 & cinc = 0), #avoid output of feed with no motion when changing between G93 and G94/G95

[

pcan1, pbld, n$, sgfeed, sgplane, `sgcode, sgabsinc, pccdia,

pxout, pyout, pzout, paout, feed, strcantext, scoolant, e$ #feed was *feed
