HELP WITH MC ART in Wichita Ks.

Just got a project having trouble getting started. I have some artwork that started as a pdf (chinese characters) we enlarged the pdf to the required size put them on white paper fits on 8.5 x 11. Had to modify them to a block style font with a fine line marker therefor we no longer have a pdf as such to work with just black artwork on white background.

How can I create a file that I can get into MC ART then into MCX2. I need to machine the characters .040 deep into .25 thk lexan it will be a template for a pantograf TIA Dave C.

There is a raster to vector C-Hook you can use to convert from .jpg or bmp. If you can photograph it or scan it, that will get you started. It's rast2vec.dll in C-Hooks.

If you got MC Art you should be able to use the rastor to vector function.
