Welcome to the forums.

 

It looks like your comp is turning on during an arc move...a lot of machines won't allow that.

 

Take a look at your lead in/lead out and see what that is set at.

I am not sure which toolpath you are using,but it looks like either circle mill or helix bore.

 

Spade117 is correct,try changing your Entry/exit arc sweep to less than 180. this will give you a line lead in.

As Spade says, check lead in/out

Set to perpendicular and you'll get the G41/g40 on a straight moves.

or just set lenght of ramp in /out to a minimum (not 0)

 

in circ mill set to 90 deg + start at center

 

it work with Okuma who don't allow G41 in a radius
