I AM MACHINING A COUNTOUR WHICH IS BASICALLY A HALF CIRCLE WITH ABOUT A 5 DEG TAPER FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. I AM USING THE DIRECTION PARAMETER BOX FOR MY LEAD IN/OUT .MOST OF TOOLPATH IS FINE,BUT A FEW LEAD IN/OUTS DON'T FOLLOW THE REST. THEY MIGHT BE INTO THE PART IN VARIOUS DIRECTIONS. IF I DISABLE THIS OPTION THE PATH IS PERFECT.BUT I NEED THE LEAD IN/OUT.WHICH IS A TANGENT MOVE MY PLUNGE ANGLE IS SET TO 0 AND XY ANGLE 0 .I AM USING PLUNGE LENGTH OF 1.1 AND CUT DIRECTION.DOES ANYONE HAVE SUGGESTION ON MAKING LEAD IN/OUT ALL THE SAME
