Help me............pulley

I have never encountered a more idiotic customer in my life......

He requested for a prototype for HTD (High Torque Drive)3M 100T..

I prototype the pulley based on his cad and the belt he passed me (double sided) can't be fitted in.......keep pestering me for a solution but insisted that the belt passed to me and the cad dwg is in order......

Now i suspect that the belt is not intended for the 100T pulley.

 

Can someone confirmed that one 3M HTD belt can be fitted to any number of 3M groove?

Plus the fitting of the belt need any slight fitting strength? or can be smoothly fitted into the groove without much force?

Call any drivetrain shop or industrial supply house and they can get you the answers you need or go online to miller bearings or PartSpec and you should get the answer you need there.

Can someone confirm whether GATES HTD belt can be fitted to any pulley of the same pitch?

Or only can be fitted to pulley from GATES?
