Are there any definitive examples for these toolpaths. I have looked through the recent documentation and I cannot find detailed information or examples. Do I now have to go and buy another book.

Check with your dealer. Mastercam has some 5-axis training type stuff available but it isn't real thourough. Meaning, if you haven't got a clue on 5-axis it isn't going to make you a master in 1 easy lesson.

Probably will order books. Have used 5axis but only with Hypermill. I looked at the referance manual but there is no definitive informaton that walks me thru step by step.

 

I really don't understand why I should have to order another book-surely this stuff should be explained in more detail. I do not see one step by step example for Multi-Axis.
