Anyone ever use this control. It's on a Chinese P.O.S. lathe. Just trying to follow thier Manual on setting up tool offsets is a nightmare. The local representatve hasn't a clue either.
Probably will order books. Have used 5axis but only with Hypermill. I looked at the referance manual but there is no definitive informaton that walks me thru step by step.
I really don't understand why I should have to order another book-surely this stuff should be explained in more detail. I do not see one step by step example for Multi-Axis.
Are there any definitive examples for these toolpaths. I have looked through the recent documentation and I cannot find detailed information or examples. Do I now have to go and buy another book.
I had a look a this file. I have found that when I collission check it there are no collissions but when I use the same STL file in Verify I get a crash.(paused on collission.)
I am trying to create some very simple geometry in Lathe X2.
I have a series of points and when I try to create line endpoint it snaps the first point and when I snap the second point the line is either horizontal or vertical, when in fact the line is at an angle.
