Help in HS Rest Rough

I pressed the ? button in HS Rest Rough and got this error.

X2 MR2

 

 

Anyone else get this?

see it you can set the path to x2 mr2.

It works fine for me also.

I would do a search for that file in your c: drive using the "search" option in windows start menu. I searched for mine and found it, it is quite a large file close to 46 mb in MR2. The file shoould be in the directory that your screenshot specifies.

here is the path i found to the help file.

same thing in MCAMX2-MR1.

I have the same problem here on two PC's.

Both PC's have X2 MR2 ONLY no previous Mastercam.

So C: looks like this.

 

Both PC's used the Web download of X2 MR2.

 

I got this when trying to do a repair from the X2 MR2 download.

 

Any ideas?

i got trend micro running here all the time...even during install with no error . if the source installation file is from a trusted source, why not do the repair with the AV turned off?

 

BTW, i did my install from a full CD installaiton.

I rang my reseller and he has a X2 MR2 CD I should see it by the end of the week.
