Work offset numbering problem...

Ever since the last X2 MR2 service update I'm having major issues with work offset numbering, and it's beginning to drive me nuts

It appears that I'm able to transform toolpaths with numbering G54 to G55 and so on but not in the opposite direction (G55 to G54).

 

Also it shows work offset out of whack below:

 

What gives ???

Set your offset to -1 and use the transform to get to G54 and G55. When you hard set them transform doesn't like to do it.

John, one of the problems here is that I NEVER changed this setting in this file

 

Not only that, but it won't let me set it at "-1" either...

Restarting mcx seems to have "fixed" some of the problems so far...

Funny, I had that happen to me yesterday (first time ever). What I ended up doing was let it keep the offset, closed the operation, reopened it and changed the toolplane, closed it again and reopened, changed back to the original plane and then changed the offset. It was a real pita but at least it worked.

I sometimes get an offset of 21435. Where it gets that from I will never know. Its when I use WCS and import ops.

Had this problem several times the last few weeks, but thought it was because of trimmed toolpaths I was working with. Appears it's a separate issue here.

After restarting mcx I was finally able to have "-1" offset stick. Several tries of opening mc/ making changes/ closing mc gave me the results i wanted.

And I must 've done hundreds of parts just like that without any problems before

Really crazy thing with this is, that after opening the same file and regenerating the same toolpaths i get different posted code

Sometimes it "sees" two parts and posts correct G54 and G55 offsets, and the next time it simply ignores one of the offsets (parts)...
